NSF SBIR Project Pitch Review and Team-Building Consultant Needed I am seeking an experienced NSF SBIR proposal consultant to provide guidance on developing a competitive NSF Project Pitch and assisting with technical team formation. The ideal candidate will have experience with NSF SBIR proposals, including familiarity with the evaluation criteria, reviewer expectations, and factors that distinguish strong proposals from weaker submissions. My current plan is to prepare an initial draft of the Project Pitch and work with an experienced advisor who can provide a thorough review and actionable feedback, including: • Alignment with NSF SBIR review criteria • Strength and clarity of the technical approach • Presentation of innovation and potential impact • Identification of potential reviewer concerns • Recommendations for improving competitiveness In addition to proposal review, I am seeking assistance with assembling an appropriate technical team. This project involves experimental science and scientific instrumentation, and identifying qualified individuals with relevant expertise can be challenging without access to the right professional networks. I am looking for recommendations and, where possible, introductions to potential: • Experimental physicists • Instrumentation and sensor specialists • Resonator and measurement-system experts • Engineering collaborators • Commercialization or business advisors • Other technical contributors who could strengthen the proposal and project execution plan The ideal candidate will be someone who can provide both strategic proposal guidance and practical assistance identifying qualified individuals who may be a good fit for the project.
