NYC Based Startup looking for Fractional Human Resources

Summary

We are currently a 2 person startup, who will be hiring 2 more individuals next month. I am looking for an HR expert who can: 1. Audit our current employee-related handbook, benefits, payroll, insurances, etc. 2. Advise on what insurances, benefits, we need to enroll in. 3. Set up our ADP system payroll correctly (with the proper deductions, etc.) 4. Make sure we're all set on a corporate perspective to hire employees. Given we are based in NYC, having an understanding on how to hire/maintain empoloyment compliance in the state of New York (e.g. NY PFL, etc.) is preferred.
