Narrative 3d Animation Production Manager / Production Coordinator

About Us We are an upcoming animation studio focused on developing original IP, cinematic storytelling, and high-quality animated content for streaming platforms, broadcasters, festivals, and digital audiences. Our studio is built around a modern production pipeline leveraging Unreal Engine, Blender, Reallusion tools, real-time workflows, AI-assisted production, and cloud-based collaboration to create compelling stories efficiently and at scale. As we continue to build and expand our production capabilities, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Manager / Production Coordinator to join us on an ongoing basis. About the Role You will be responsible for keeping projects organized, schedules on track, teams aligned, and productions moving smoothly from development through final delivery. The ideal candidate has experience working in animation, VFX, gaming, film, or creative production environments and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving creative projects. This is a hands-on coordination role working closely with studio leadership, artists, animators, technical teams, freelancers, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines. Coordinate artists, animators, technical teams, and external contractors. Track project progress, dependencies, and production risks. Facilitate production meetings, stand-ups, and review sessions. Maintain project boards, trackers, documentation, and status reports. Ensure clear communication across distributed teams. Help manage vendors, freelancers, and outsourcing partners. Support production reviews, approvals, and quality control processes. Monitor deliverables and ensure projects remain on schedule. Escalate blockers and propose solutions proactively. Assist in developing and maintaining production workflows and SOPs. Support delivery preparation and project archiving. Required Experience 3+ years of experience in Production Coordination, Production Management, Project Management, or similar roles. Experience in animation, VFX, gaming, film, television, creative agencies, or digital content production. Strong scheduling and project tracking skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Nice to Have Understanding of animation or VFX pipelines. Experience working with Unreal Engine productions. Familiarity with real-time production workflows. Experience coordinating creative and technical teams. Understanding of asset tracking, shot management, and production reporting. Experience working with offshore or international teams.
