Strong storytelling and YouTube audience-retention skills Experience editing long-form YouTube videos (20–40+ minutes) Experience with anime, documentary, or story-based content Ability to edit precisely around a provided script and voice-over Visuals/scenes must closely match what the narrator is talking about Excellent pacing with strong hooks, re-hooks, and cliffhangers Strong scene selection and ability to find the correct footage Knowledge of Naruto lore, characters, arcs, and timeline is a BIG advantage Strong emotional storytelling and dynamic action editing Good music selection, sound design, and professional audio mixing Clean use of zooms, motion graphics, subtitles, and effects — no unnecessary effect spam Understanding of YouTube copyright and transformative editing Ability to work independently without instructions for every scene Reliable communication, attention to detail, and ability to follow feedback Looking for a long-term collaboration Most important: We need an editor who understands storytelling, pacing, emotion, and viewer retention — not someone who simply puts random Naruto clips underneath a voice-over.
