Native English Language Assessor (US & UK)

About the Opportunity Are you a native English speaker residing in the United States or the United Kingdom with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others develop their spoken English? We are seeking confident, articulate, and professional individuals to join us as Native English Communication Evaluators. In this role, you will participate in simulated conversations and mock call sessions, helping individuals strengthen their English communication skills for professional and everyday interactions. Key Responsibilities Engage in live and/or recorded mock conversations and call simulations as a native English speaker. Evaluate participants' spoken English proficiency, including fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, clarity, and overall communication effectiveness. Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to support continuous improvement. Help participants build confidence in both workplace and daily communication scenarios. Demonstrate authentic US or UK English language usage, communication styles, and professional etiquette. Ideal Candidate Profile Native English speaker currently based in the United States or the United Kingdom. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to assess spoken English objectively and identify opportunities for improvement. Professional, supportive, and encouraging communication style. Prior experience in customer service, coaching, training, teaching, language assessment, or related communication-focused roles is advantageous but not essential. Preferred Qualifications Experience in English language instruction, tutoring, coaching, assessment, or communication training. Knowledge of pronunciation, fluency, accent evaluation, and communication assessment techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
