AI Native Full Stack Developer, Ongoing Retainer

The organisation is hiring a full stack developer on an ongoing monthly retainer to deliver continuous product work across internal tools and SaaS products. The role requires an AI native developer: a candidate who uses tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot as a core part of the daily workflow to increase delivery speed, and who holds a solid engineering foundation enabling the candidate to read, review, debug, and architect code without AI assistance where required. The candidate is expected to understand and validate all AI generated output before delivery. Technology stack: TypeScript and JavaScript (React, Next.js), Node.js, Python, Supabase and PostgreSQL, Vercel, and REST and MCP API integrations. Working model: Tasks are assigned with defined acceptance criteria. A working demo is the definition of done for each task. The retainer covers a fixed number of hours per month with the option to scale. Each proposal must address the following three points. Proposals that do not address all three points will not be considered. The candidate's AI assisted workflow and the tools used daily. One project where AI tooling produced a measurable reduction in delivery time, stated with the approximate time saved. The method the candidate uses to identify and correct errors in AI generated code.
