Native German-Speaking Cold Caller for B2B Appointment Setting

Pearl Lemon is a UK-based digital growth agency (SEO, lead generation, and B2B sales services). We're hiring a native German-speaking cold caller for a focused outbound campaign supporting one of our clients. This is an initial engagement of 1–2 months tied to a specific campaign, with the possibility of further work if it goes well. You'll open conversations with decision-makers across German-speaking markets (DACH) and book qualified appointments for our sales team. What you'll do Make outbound calls to prospects in German-speaking markets Introduce the client's services clearly and professionally in German Qualify leads and book appointments Handle objections and follow up with warm prospects Log calls, outcomes, and follow-ups accurately You're a great fit if you Are a native German speaker with strong spoken and written English Have solid B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience Are confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers Have a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a good headset Are self-motivated and comfortable working to targets Nice to have: experience selling SEO, digital marketing, SaaS, or other B2B services. How it works Ongoing for the duration of the campaign (approx. 1-2 months), working closely with our sales team, who take over once you've booked a qualified appointment. Minimum 10 hours/week. Dialer used - Cloudtalk. Call lists are provided. No admin work/CRM involved. Just calling.
