Native Language Communication Assessor (Global Languages)

About the Opportunity Are you a native speaker of any language with exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others improve their language proficiency and communication effectiveness? We are seeking confident, articulate, and professional individuals to join our network of Language Proficiency & Communication Assessors. In this role, you will participate in simulated conversations, mock calls, and communication assessment sessions designed to help individuals strengthen their language skills in professional, academic, and everyday environments. Key Responsibilities Participate in live and/or recorded mock conversations and communication assessment sessions as a native language speaker. Evaluate participants' language proficiency, including fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, clarity, and overall communication effectiveness. Provide professional, constructive, and actionable feedback to support continuous language development. Help learners build confidence in both workplace and real-world communication scenarios. Demonstrate authentic language usage, communication styles, cultural nuances, and professional interaction practices. Assess communication skills objectively and identify opportunities for improvement. Ideal Candidate Profile Native speaker of the language being assessed. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to evaluate language proficiency and communication performance objectively. Professional, approachable, and encouraging communication style. Experience in teaching, coaching, training, customer service, language assessment, interpretation, translation, or related communication-focused fields is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Background in language instruction, tutoring, coaching, assessment, or communication training. Familiarity with language evaluation methodologies, including pronunciation, fluency, accent assessment, and communication effectiveness. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Attention to linguistic detail and cultural communication differences. Experience working with multilingual participants and diverse communication styles. Why Join Us?
