Native-Level English Skills Assessor (US)

About the Opportunity Are you a native English speaker based in the United States with outstanding communication skills and a passion for helping others enhance their spoken English abilities? We are looking for confident, engaging, and professional individuals to participate in mock conversations and simulated call sessions aimed at improving English communication skills in both professional and everyday settings. Key Responsibilities Take part in live and/or recorded mock conversations and simulated calls as a native US English speaker. Assess participants' spoken English proficiency, including fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, clarity, and overall communication effectiveness. Deliver constructive, actionable, and professional feedback to support language improvement and confidence building. Assist learners in developing stronger communication skills for workplace and real-life interactions. Demonstrate authentic US English language usage, communication styles, and professional etiquette. Ideal Candidate Native English speaker currently residing in the United States. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Ability to objectively evaluate spoken English and provide meaningful feedback. Professional, supportive, and encouraging approach to communication. Experience in customer service, coaching, training, teaching, language evaluation, or similar communication-focused roles is a plus, but not required. Preferred Skills and Experience Background in English language teaching, tutoring, coaching, assessment, or communication training. Familiarity with language evaluation concepts such as pronunciation, fluency, accent assessment, and communication effectiveness. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others improve. Attention to linguistic details and understanding of cultural communication nuances. Why Work With Us?
