Native Marathi Male Speakers Required – Voice Recording Project

We are looking for 170 native Marathi male speakers to participate in a speech data collection project that will support the development of AI-powered speech recognition and language technologies. This is a simple remote recording task where participants will read and record the provided Marathi phrases using a designated mobile application. Project Details Language: Marathi Gender: Male only Participants Required: 170 Age: 18 years and above Utterances per Participant: 235 Minimum Approved Recordings: 225 out of 235 Recording Device: Smartphone Recording Method: Read and record the provided phrases through the designated mobile application. Payment ₹300 per approved participant Payment will be made only if at least 225 recordings are approved after the quality review. Eligibility Native Marathi speaker Male, 18 years or older Clear pronunciation and fluent reading ability Able to record in a quiet indoor environment Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity Can follow recording instructions carefully Recording Requirements Record in a quiet indoor location. Speak naturally and clearly. Avoid background voices, TV, music, fan noise, or other disturbances. Do not skip, repeat, or modify the provided text. Only one participation is allowed per person.
