AI-Native Operations Manager

We’re looking for a highly hands-on AI-Native Operations Manager to help build the systems, workflows, and execution layer of a fast-moving business. What you’ll own Build and improve AI-first operational systems and workflows Turn priorities into clear projects, owners, deadlines, and deliverables Oversee execution across product, operations, and technical teams Manage product initiatives from idea → build → QA → launch Identify bottlenecks and automate repetitive work using AI Create dashboards, SOPs, reporting, and accountability systems Ensure projects actually ship — not just get discussed Ideal profile Strong operator and project/product manager Highly comfortable with AI tools, agents, automation, and AI-native workflows Systems thinker with exceptional execution discipline Able to work independently in ambiguity Comfortable coordinating developers, QA, operations, and leadership We want a builder/operator, not a traditional project coordinator.
