Native Polish Voice-Over Artist for YouTube

We are looking for a talented native Polish voice-over artist from Poland to narrate videos for a documentary-style YouTube channel. Our videos cover topics such as current events, business, technology, aviation, unusual stories, scandals and major events from around the world. We need a narrator who can deliver scripts in a natural, engaging and authoritative way. The voice should sound modern, expressive and capable of keeping viewers interested throughout the entire video. Responsibilities For each project, you will: Record a Polish voice-over from a provided script. Deliver clear, natural and engaging narration. Use appropriate pacing, pauses, emphasis and emotion. Pronounce Polish and foreign names, companies, locations and abbreviations correctly. Correct minor wording issues when a sentence does not sound natural when spoken. Identify phrases that sound translated or unnatural in Polish . Remove mistakes, repeated lines and distracting background noise. Deliver clean, edited and ready-to-use audio. Record reasonable corrections when necessary. Most scripts produce approximately ten minutes of finished narration. Voice style We are looking for a voice that is: Native Polish from Poland. Clear and easy to understand. Natural and conversational. Professional and credible. Engaging without sounding exaggerated. Suitable for documentary and YouTube narration. Capable of creating suspense when the story requires it. Comfortable moving between serious, informative and dramatic moments. Please avoid an overly theatrical, commercial or traditional radio-announcer style. The ideal delivery should sound like modern Polish YouTube narration rather than a formal television news broadcast or advertising voice-over. Technical requirements You must have: A professional-quality microphone. A quiet and acoustically treated recording environment. Clean audio without echo, background noise or excessive mouth sounds. Basic audio-editing skills. The ability to deliver WAV files, preferably forty-eight kilohertz and twenty-four bit. Please do not apply if you plan to generate the voice-over using AI or text-to-speech software. We are specifically looking for a real human narrator. Turnaround time The preferred turnaround time is twenty-four to forty-eight hours per script. There may be several projects each month, with the possibility of regular, long-term work if the collaboration is successful. Applications without relevant Polish narration samples may not be considered.
