Native Polish speaker — market research calls (remote, short project) Kompenzo is a European platform that helps people injured in accidents claim compensation. We're entering the Polish market, and before we build anything we'd like to understand how it actually works and what a partnership with local businesses could look like. This is a research project rather than a sales role, and it's a first step — Poland is a long-term market for us, so if it goes well for both sides we'd be glad to continue together. What the work involves We'll give you a list of around 60 companies — independent insurance brokers, claims adjusters and post-trauma rehabilitation centres. You'll call them, run a conversation from a script we provide, and record the answers in a spreadsheet. At the end, a short summary of what you noticed: what came up repeatedly, what surprised you, where you see potential. You won't be closing anything or making offers. You'll be asking questions and listening. We want to find out whether these businesses already work with anyone on compensation claims and on what terms, how many clients they see after accidents, and what would actually make a partnership worth their while — we're still designing the model, and we want to design it around what these calls tell us. Who we're looking for Native Polish and working English, since you'll be dealing with us directly. Experience calling businesses in any capacity — B2B sales, customer service, recruitment, coordination, reception at a clinic. Most of all, someone who's comfortable in a conversation where they mostly listen and follow up, and who takes careful notes: the notes are the real product of this work. Terms Hourly, roughly 15-20 hours over two to three weeks. Calls need to happen during Polish business hours, otherwise you set your own schedule.
