Native Portuguese (Portugal) Voicebot Tester

Summary We are looking for native Portuguese speakers based in Portugal to support our AI voicebot testing projects. This is a remote, flexible, hourly freelance opportunity. As a Voicebot Tester, you will place and receive test calls, evaluate call quality, assess AI conversational performance, and provide feedback on language naturalness, pronunciation, and user experience. Your input will help us improve AI-powered phone agents designed for the Portuguese market. Voicebot Testing： - Conduct test calls with AI voicebots. - Evaluate call quality, audio clarity, latency, and connection stability. - Verify whether the AI follows the expected dialogue and - business logic. Quality Assessment： - Assess the naturalness of the AI's Portuguese pronunciation and speaking style. - Identify unnatural wording, incorrect pronunciation, robotic responses, or awkward phrasing. - Evaluate whether the AI sounds like a native Portuguese speaker from Portugal. Reporting & Feedback： - Document issues, bugs, and unexpected behaviors. - Provide actionable suggestions to improve language quality and user experience. - Record observations on conversation flow, response accuracy, and overall call performance. Requirements： - Native Portuguese speaker with a Portuguese accent. - Currently based in Portugal. - Comfortable making and receiving phone calls for testing purposes.
