AI-Native Product Manager — Part-Time, Remote We’re looking for a hands-on **AI-Native Product Manager** to help manage multiple active software products across **consumer marketplaces, AI-powered construction technology, and an AI voice-based lifestyle coaching platform**. Commitment: 20 hours/week Rate: $10/hour Experience: 1–3 years preferred What You'll Do * Turn ideas and stakeholder conversations into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Own and prioritize product backlogs * Coordinate closely with engineering, design, AI/ML, and stakeholders * Review builds, perform product-level QA, and identify edge cases * Research competitors and propose product/UX improvements * Track features, bugs, blockers, and releases through completion * Use analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions * Maintain concise product documentation and progress updates AI-Native Is Important We expect AI to be part of your everyday workflow, not just a writing assistant. You should be comfortable using tools such as **ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and similar AI tools** for research, requirements, prototyping, analysis, testing, technical understanding, and identifying edge cases. What We're Looking For * Minimum 3 years working with software products * Excellent written communication and requirement-writing skills * Strong product and UX judgment * Enough technical understanding to work comfortably with engineers * High attention to detail and strong ownership * Comfortable working independently and asynchronously This is a hands-on execution role, not a meeting-heavy management position. You'll often receive an ambiguous problem and be expected to investigate it, structure it, and help drive it through to a shipped solution.
