AI-Native Sales Closer — Healthcare Cost Intelligence (100% Remote)

Goals: Help us sell to 6,000 hospitals in the US. We're an AI-driven consulting and analysis tool that shows hospitals exactly where they're overpaying on labor and staffing contracts — and how to start saving money tomorrow. Many potential offshoots from this founding premise. It is the beginning of what AI will do to consulting. This will be an adventure: pioneering an AI-native product in a niche market where we hold proprietary data nobody else has. For the right person, it's perfect. Team: You'll work directly with the founders — technical operators with business backgrounds who build the product and the data engine. 100% remote company. Small team, no layers. What you learn from buyers shapes the product day to day. Personal traits: You think on your feet. You can dial in or email in and talk to anybody — a charge nurse, a CFO, procurement, a supply chain VP — and hold your own. You are comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage mess, you finish what you start, and you're energized (not intimidated) by a new market like this that no one has sold in before. Above all, you are high-integrity: our buyers know about AI but are uncomfortable using it, and they will be trusting you on the AI-driven outputs we deliver. Experience: You've sold B2B SaaS before — ideally to healthcare, hospitals, or another complex, committee-driven buyer. You've been early at something (first sales hire, new territory, new product line) or badly want to be. Primary Skills: Outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn), discovery calls, pipeline management, CRM hygiene, clear written communication, daily working fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok) — you use them to research accounts, draft outreach, and prep calls, not as a novelty. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience orchestrating AI agents; a track record of building beautiful things for customers — presentations, reports, deliverables people remember; hospital operations, supply chain, or workforce/staffing background; experience selling against or alongside consulting firms; familiarity with procurement and RFP processes; understanding of contingent labor / MSP / VMS economics.
