B2B Lead Research & List Building Specialist We’re looking for an experienced B2B lead researcher/list-building specialist to provide an ongoing, reliable stream of high-quality, highly targeted B2B leads for our sales team. We will manage the email campaigns and outreach ourselves through a platform integrated with our CRM. Your job is to identify the right companies and the right decision-makers and provide clean, accurate, well-vetted data. What We’re Looking For This is not a basic data-entry or contact-scraping role. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically about our ideal customer and get very granular with prospect research. Our targeting criteria typically includes: Industry Company size Headquarters and business locations Specific job titles and decision-makers Organizational structure and business characteristics We’re particularly interested in someone who can use AI tools, advanced search techniques, LinkedIn, company databases, and other research resources to identify prospects that may be difficult to find through basic searches. The Ideal Candidate You should have: Strong B2B/enterprise market knowledge, particularly in the U.S. Excellent business acumen and the ability to understand our target customer Experience with B2B lead generation, prospect research, or list building Strong research and investigative skills The ability to identify the right person, not simply find someone with a relevant-sounding title Experience using AI and advanced search techniques to improve prospect research A strong eye for data accuracy and quality We would like to establish an ongoing relationship with someone who can consistently provide high-quality prospect lists as our targeting evolves.
