Need Clip Studio expert to help rearrange Webtoon panels

Hello! I’m a Webtoon artist who is currently working on some episodes for my series. I have a situation where I have completed “pages” (it’s vertical scroll format, and each “page” contains about 5-7 panels each) but sometimes I want to add more panels, for things like pacing reasons. It is a bit difficult for me to move the original panels around to make space for the new ones, so…that’s where you come in! I need an expert in Clip Studio Paint, or perhaps even Photoshop, because I will send the files as .psd and need them back as such as well. Here are the job details: I will provide you with the original completed pages and also the *new* panels I drew after the fact, that I want added in between some of the original panels. You will rearrange panels so they will be in the order I request (which I will let you know about as well, with a separate list of what the panel order should be). In doing so, you will also need to expand the canvas pixels so the final pages are longer, to accommodate the newly inserted panels. Everything will be sent as .psd files, so you’ll have all the original layers. I need my panels rearranged *without* flattening the image. I need my layers intact, and sent back as .psd when you are finished. Please refer to the explanatory images I’ve attached, which I hope can clarify things further, in case any of this seems confusing. This should be relatively quick work for someone who is seasoned in using Clip Studio Paint, hence the budget. I would also need the completed work back to me within less than a week, ideally.
