Need a Dental Virtual Receptionist

We're a US-based dental tech company. We help dental practices bring back patients who are overdue for their cleaning. You'll be reaching out to those patients by text and phone and getting them scheduled. All the information you need is in our software, who to contact, what to say, and the practice's open appointment times. You book them directly. What you'll do Text and call overdue patients on behalf of dental practices Answer their questions and get them scheduled Log notes after each conversation Escalate anything clinical or unusual to the practice What we're looking for NATIVE written and spoken English, neutral accent Friendly, patient, professional. You're representing a healthcare practice Reliable during US business hours (we'll agree on a schedule) Comfortable on the phone and quick with a computer Dental or medical office experience is a plus, not required Details Part-time to start, 10-20 hours/week, growing as we add practices You'll handle patient health information, so a signed confidentiality agreement (BAA) and basic HIPAA training are required.
