Summary

We are a Delaware corporation entering into a commercial partnership with a photography company. The commercial terms have already been negotiated and documented in an LOI. We need a U.S.-licensed attorney experienced with startup/commercial agreements to review and finalize the definitive agreement, including commissions, termination/post-termination rights, IP, confidentiality, data/privacy, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law. Looking for a fixed-fee engagement. Please provide your state of admission, bar number, relevant commercial-contract experience, and fixed-fee quote.
