Need SEO Expert to fix issues found on my sites + long term optimization of content and site

I am looking for an SEO & LLM ranking expert to help with two sites I own. 1- Consulting website for fractional CMO 2- Jewelry website that is brand new I want both of them to rank organically, and want you to tackle issues that show up in site audits & get both sites to a healthy score. I have indentified keywords for both websites, and need help ranking. I'm happy to write content myself, but need direction of what to write about, and which keyword to focus on. I also need help with on page SEO for the pages that exist. I was also planning on rewriting the consulting website soon, so I'm looking for someone to provide guidance on that so we can start to rank. You should be proficient in both technical & content SEO. This will be a cleanup effort in the beginning, and ideally would like you to stay on a monthly retainer for ongoing optimization so we stay on track.
