Need Someone to Register Our Arizona Medical PC in All 50 States

We already have an active **Arizona medical Professional Corporation (PC)** owned by a licensed physician. We need an experienced person to help us register this same Arizona PC to legally do business in the other U.S. states. This is commonly called: * Foreign qualification * Foreign corporation registration * Certificate of Authority * Foreign Professional Corporation registration We are looking for **one person who has done this before** and can handle the entire project for us from start to finish. Very Simple Explanation of What We Need We already have the company in Arizona. We do **not** need someone to form a brand-new company from scratch. We need someone to go state by state and register our existing Arizona medical PC in every other state where it can legally be registered. There are 49 other states. Step 1 — Review Our Arizona PC We will provide you with: * Articles of Incorporation * Certificate of Good Standing * EIN * Company information * Physician-owner information * Medical licenses * Officer/director information * Any other documents you need You review everything first and make sure you have what is needed for the filings. Step 2 — Make a List of All 49 States Create a simple spreadsheet showing: * State * Where the filing needs to be submitted * Which form is required * Filing fee * Registered agent needed * Certificate of Good Standing needed * Medical Board approval needed or not * Any additional requirements * Filing status * Approval status We want to be able to see the status of every state at all times. Step 3 — Register the PC in Each State Go to the appropriate Secretary of State or state business filing website. For each state: 1. Find the correct foreign corporation or foreign professional corporation application. 2. Complete the application. 3. Add our registered-agent information. 4. Upload the required documents. 5. Submit the application. 6. Pay the government filing fee using payment information we provide. 7. Save the receipt and confirmation number. 8. Add everything to our tracking spreadsheet. Step 4 — Handle States With Medical/Professional Requirements Because this is a **medical Professional Corporation**, some states may require something additional before or after the normal business filing. For example, a state may require: * Medical Board approval * Professional licensing-board approval * Proof that the physician owner is licensed in that state * A special Foreign Professional Corporation application * Ownership information * Officer/director information * Certified corporate documents We need you to identify these requirements and handle the administrative filing process. If something requires an attorney's legal opinion, simply flag it for us. We are not expecting you to provide legal advice unless you are qualified to do so. Step 5 — Tell Us if Any State Cannot Use the Arizona PC If a state will **not** allow our Arizona PC to register exactly as it is currently structured, tell us clearly: * Which state * Why * What the problem is * What would need to change * Whether a separate in-state PC may be required Do not guess or submit the wrong type of application. Step 6 — Track Every Filing For every state, save: * Application * Filing receipt * Confirmation number * Filing fee * Login/account information if applicable * Emails from the state * Certificate of Authority * Approval documents * Any rejection or correction notice Everything should be organized into folders by state. Step 7 — Follow Up Until Complete Submitting the application is not the end of the job. If a state requests: * A correction * Another document * Another signature * Additional physician information * A revised application We need you to handle the follow-up and get the filing completed. We understand some government agencies may take longer than one week to officially approve the filings. Our expectation is that **all filings that can reasonably be prepared and submitted are submitted this week**, and anything still waiting on a government agency is clearly tracked. What We Are NOT Looking For We are **not** looking for someone to: * Give us a list of websites * Write a research report * Tell our employee how to do it * Form only one or two states * Learn foreign qualification while working on our project We want someone who will actually **do the filings for us**. Experience Required You should have previous experience with: * Foreign qualification * Multistate business registration * Secretary of State filings * Certificates of Authority * Professional corporations * Ideally medical or healthcare professional corporations **Healthcare / Medical PC experience is strongly preferred.** Timeline We want someone who can: **Start immediately and work on this heavily this week.** Our goal is to have as many of the 49 state filings submitted as possible within **7 days**. Government processing time can obviously extend beyond the 7 days. Budget **$500 fixed price for your labor.** We will separately pay: * State filing fees * Registered-agent fees * Certificates of Good Standing * Medical Board fees * Government fees * Any required third-party filing expenses **The $500 does NOT include government filing fees.** When You Apply, Please Answer These Questions 1. Are you comfortable completing and submitting the actual applications for us rather than simply giving us instructions? 10. Please give us one example of a similar project you have completed.
