Need help automating lead generation in LinkedIn for specific niche

Summary

We have a marketplace website that is made to sell data center services, it lists data centers in different states and cities, so people can choose from a provider and a plan. We are looking for data centers to join our website and enter their plan information and become our partner so we can act as an agent for them and bring them leads in turn they would pay us commission. We want to create some kind of AI based lead generator or AI based marketing tool that will go out and find all of these partners on LinkedIn and ask them to join our site and become a partner.. these are called channel managers, and we want a tool or an AI based system to automatically see out these channel managers and invite them to join the website and post their plans and pricing and add their profile for their companies
