Need modifications to Chief Architect Home Designer 2021 plan

Summary

I have a simple house floor plan in Chief Architect Home Designer Architectural 2021 (64 bit) that i want to add more detail to so I can generate better 3D views. I have some pictures that were generated in other programs to show a general example of how I would like it to look. I want to see some finishes and textures, and then be able to modify window and door placement myself. I need the files to be returned to me as a Chief Architect Home Designer Architectural 2021 (64 bit) file, and this format only. I have tried unsuccessfully in the past to use slight version variations and was not able to open or work with them. Let me know if this is something you can do.
