Need someone to draw cartoon duck and bear

Illustrator / Character Designer Needed – Duck & Bear Brand Rebranding I’m looking for someone who can help me create a consistent series of illustrations featuring a duck and a bear for a small brand that produces mainly stickers and other merchandise such as T-shirts, socks, postcards, and more. For reference, please take a look at the current brand here: https://www.instagram.com/thebutterduckie/ The Problem At the moment, the duck and bear are the main identities of the brand, but the illustrations are unfortunately quite inconsistent. For example: The characters don't always look the same from post to post. Some illustrations have outlines while others don't. The size and shape of the eyes and noses vary. The proportions and overall drawing styles are inconsistent. There isn't yet a strong, recognisable visual identity. I would therefore like to rebrand the characters and establish a consistent illustration style so that whenever someone sees the duck or bear, they immediately recognise the brand. The goal is to create a clear and memorable character identity that can eventually be used across social media, stickers, merchandise, packaging, and other brand materials. Initial Project For the initial project, my budget is $200. I would like: 20 different illustrations/posts, with different themes or content A new logo featuring the brand/characters A consistent style and character design that can be maintained across future illustrations Eventually, I would also like to place a small version of the logo in the bottom-right corner of every social media post to create stronger and more consistent branding. I understand that $200 may not be a particularly large budget for this type of work. I'm doing this project primarily out of passion, and I'm hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys character illustration and would like to grow with the brand. Potential Long-Term Work This could potentially become an ongoing / permanent collaboration. If the brand develops well, there will be many more projects to work on — additional illustrations, stickers, merchandise designs, packaging, social media content, seasonal characters, and more. I'm therefore not simply looking for someone to complete 20 drawings. I'm hoping to find the right artist who can help establish the visual identity of the brand and potentially work with me long-term. Timeline Ideally, I would like the initial 20 illustrations and logo to be completed within 3–4 days. However, I would prefer that you first create one sample illustration so that we can make sure we're on the same page regarding the character style, proportions, expressions, outlines, and overall direction before proceeding with the rest.
