Summary

I have attached a plan (Not my project) that shows the general idea and quality of what I am looking for. Preliminary grading, demolition, utility plans. Sometimes other plans might include cover sheets, notes, details, stormwater plans. Can be a fixed fee or hourly. Most important is timely delivery. Note that I will review and sign all plans and be responsible for final designs.
