We are looking for a lawyer to join a call with our manufacturer to discuss and negotiate the NNN agreement. The freelancer should be able to represent our interests, speak on our behalf, and advocate for us during the agreement process. They should also listen to the manufacturer’s perspective, help guide the conversation, and provide a clear summary of the discussion afterward. This is a short-term, part-time role for someone who can communicate professionally and support a smooth negotiation outcome.
