NetSuite Integration and Automation Specialist

Job Description We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Integration Specialist to help us build, manage, and understand complex data integrations. We want to work with someone on an "as and when needed" consultant basis rather than a full-time engagement. Beyond just doing the setup, a major part of this role is teaching and explaining how everything works so our team gains internal knowledge. Key Responsibilities & Initial Scope NetSuite + DropStream Integration: Help set up, troubleshoot, and optimize the integration between NetSuite and DropStream (guiding us through the process so we understand the architecture). Knowledge Transfer: Act as a mentor/consultant to explain configuration steps, data flows, and best practices. Potential Future Integration Work If the initial project goes well, there is significant potential for ongoing, additional work covering: NetSuite with Shopify NetSuite with VIP Automatic Bank Posting setups Payment Allocation workflows Intercompany Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders Ideal Candidate Requirements Proven, hands-on experience with NetSuite integrations (SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP web services, SuiteCloud, middleware, or third-party connectors like DropStream). Strong background in financial and operational processes (Bank posting, payments, intercompany transactions). Patient and clear communicator who enjoys teaching and explaining technical concepts to non-developers. Flexible availability for ad-hoc, milestone-based consulting.
