Network Engineer / DevOps Specialist Needed - Regional Website Accessibility Issue

I’m looking for an initial technical assessment of a regional website accessibility issue, including possible causes, diagnostic steps, and recommendations for a reliable solution. The website is an international educational project and works normally for users in most countries. However, users in one specific country are currently unable to access the website. What I need help with: - Diagnose the connectivity issue from the affected region - Identify where the connection is failing - Determine whether the cause is related to DNS, routing, hosting, CDN, IP filtering, TLS, or other network-level factors - Test different infrastructure configurations and identify a reliable solution - If necessary, recommend and configure an appropriate CDN, reverse proxy, alternative routing or hosting setup - Make sure the solution does not negatively affect accessibility and performance in other countries You should have hands-on experience with: - Network troubleshooting - DNS and domain configuration - Cloudflare or other CDN services - Reverse proxies - Web servers and hosting - Routing and connectivity diagnostics - Country-specific website accessibility issues - Diagnosing websites that are unavailable from particular networks or regions The goal is to find a stable, legitimate technical solution, rather than a temporary workaround.
