Network Expert Needed to Recommend and Configure a 5G Router to Bypass CGNAT and Connect to No-IP

Hello, I am looking for a network expert or programmer with practical experience in 5G routers and bypassing ISP CGNAT restrictions. Specific Requirements: Recommend a 5G router that comes with built-in systems or ready-to-use software (such as OpenWrt, a built-in VPN client supporting Port Forwarding, or any similar built-in technology). The router must be able (through its built-in software only) to bypass the CGNAT barrier and provide a real, external Public IP. The ultimate goal is to successfully link this router with No-IP DDNS so that the IP updates automatically, allowing me to access my local network from the outside. Important Notes for Freelancers: I am not looking for solutions that require additional external hardware, Raspberry Pi, or complex intermediary servers. The solution must be self-contained within the router itself. If you have a practical and tested solution, please include the specific router model in your proposal and confirm that you will provide full configuration and setup support after I purchase the device.
