New Member Onboarding Specialist

Graystone Trading is an options trading education company looking to hire an enthusiastic New Member Onboarding specialist with great interpersonal skills! Onboarding Specialists will meet with new clients that join the program on a 30-minute zoom call, welcome them warmly, and answer any questions they may have upon joining. This position is fully remote and requires familiarity with Docusign, Airtable, and Slack. No experience in the options trading field required. Applicants must have availability of ~3 hours per day to start with the ability to go full time (~7-8 hours per day) within a few weeks if necessary. Ultimately, applicants should be available within business hours (i.e., 8am-6pm EST) to meet with new members!
