New Mexico attorney - associated counsel for a New Mexico law review (2-4 hours)

I am a California attorney (CA Bar No. 279869) preparing a multistate legal opinion. New Mexico is one of the covered states, and NMRA 16-505(F)(2) requires me to associate New Mexico counsel for New Mexico-specific issues. I need one New Mexico attorney for the New Mexico portion only. THE PREP IS ALREADY DONE. You receive a scope-of-association letter, a complete factual packet, a drafted New Mexico module, and the authorities I relied on. YOUR ROLE: run your conflict check, verify current New Mexico law on five defined issues (lottery/gambling capture; registration, bonding or filing at actual prize values; mandatory rule-content and disclosure; prize payment, redemption and unclaimed prizes; eligibility, age, geographic and advertising restrictions), revise or replace my draft module, and give written concurrence once the client's documents are final. THIS IS A GENUINE ASSOCIATION, NOT A SIGNATURE. You exercise independent judgment and may require changes or decline to concur. Your time goes to verification, not setup, which is what makes it short. I remain lead counsel and sole signatory. Co-signature is not required. With your agreement I would name you and your firm in the opinion as associated New Mexico counsel. EXCLUDED: litigation, tax, securities, IP, privacy, banking regulation, and any law other than New Mexico's. TIMING: preliminary review can start now; final concurrence follows once the client's documents are frozen, expected within a few weeks.
