New WordPress website creation

The project consists of just 8 pages built from the attached designs, with no database or user login required. The only interactive feature is a simple contact form. I'd like the site built in WordPress and installed on my SiteGround hosting account. It's important that all text areas be easy for me to edit in the future without needing a developer. The goal is for the finished site to closely match these designs, while allowing for any improvements you feel would enhance navigation, responsiveness, or the mobile experience.
