Newsletter Designer (Constant Contact)

Project Overview We are nonprofit organization dedicated to mentoring and empowering high school girls to become confident, purpose-driven leaders. We publish a professional, visually engaging newsletter several times each year to share program highlights, student stories, donor impact, and upcoming events. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer who can transform our written content and photos into beautiful, polished newsletters and upload them directly into Constant Contact. This is an opportunity for an ongoing relationship if we are a good fit. Responsibilities For each newsletter, I will provide: * Final written content * Photos * Organization logo and branding * Any specific announcements or callouts Your responsibilities will include: * Design a visually appealing newsletter using Constant Contact. * Organize and format text for readability. * Select an attractive layout. * Resize and optimize photos as needed. * Add tasteful graphic elements, icons, dividers, and spacing. * Ensure the newsletter is mobile-friendly. * Upload and format everything directly within Constant Contact. * Make one or two rounds of revisions if needed. Style We’re Looking For The ideal design is: * Appealing to a diverse audience * Clean and modern * Warm and inspiring * Professional nonprofit aesthetic * Magazine-style layout * Strong use of photos * Plenty of white space * Easy to read * Consistent branding throughout Qualifications Please apply only if you: * Have experience designing newsletters in Constant Contact. * Have a strong portfolio of email newsletters or nonprofit communications. * Have an excellent eye for layout, typography, and color. * Are responsive and communicate well. * Can meet agreed-upon deadlines.
