We are looking for an experienced Next js developer to build a robust, government-grade Municipal Citizen Grievance & Smart City Management System. The project includes a Citizen Web/Mobile App, a Field Staff App, and a Powerful Commissioner/Admin Dashboard. The complete scope, modules, and required tech stack are detailed below: Core Modules & Scope: 1. Citizen Side (Web & Mobile App): Authentication: Mobile OTP Verification & secure Aadhaar/eKYC workflow placeholder. Grievance Reporting: Form with 9+ categories (Garbage, Sewerage, Water Supply, Street Light, Road Damage, Illegal Construction, Stray Animals, Sanitation, Property Tax). Media & Location: Photo/Video upload with automatic Geo-location/GIS Map mapping. Tracking & History: Live Complaint Tracking (with milestone stepper) and full Complaint History. Emergency Mode: One-tap Emergency Complaint system for critical incidents. Feedback: Rating system with "Before & After" visual verification. 2. Admin Panel & Ward Management Dashboard: Real-time Dashboard Analytics for Commissioners. Ward-wise Complaint Management & Automated/Manual Employee Assignment. SLA Tracking, Priority Management, and Auto-Escalation System for unresolved tickets. Bulk Notifications, Citizen Database Management, and Custom Report Generation. 3. Employee/Field Staff App: View Assigned Complaints with Route Navigation. Upload Resolution Proof (Photos) and Status Updates with Attendance Tracking.
