Notion Expert Needed for CRM, Client Portal & Workflow Automation

I'm looking for a Notion expert to help build a clean, scalable workspace for my business. The workspace should include a Notion CRM for tracking leads and clients, project management, task management, and a simple client portal. I also want linked databases with relations and rollups, a business dashboard, and recommendations for improving my workflows. If possible, I'd like basic workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or n8n to reduce manual work. Experience with Notion AI is a big plus. I'm looking for someone who understands how to build organized business systems not just pretty templates. The workspace should be easy to maintain and ready to grow as my business grows.
