OCD Project Manager with Clickup Experience

We run several e-commerce brands on Shopify and Amazon with a remote team of 15 — media buying, operations, customer service, and funnel development. We've grown fast, and today no one owns structure. Tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups live in too many places. We're looking for a project manager to fix that. What you'll do: • Own ClickUp end-to-end — structure, task assignment, deadlines, reporting • Turn priorities from leadership into clear projects with owners and due dates • Coordinate across media, ops, customer service, and funnel teams • Run weekly check-ins and keep everyone accountable • Follow up so nothing falls through the cracks • Document processes and SOPs as we scale What we're looking for: • 2+ years of project management or operations experience, ideally in e-commerce • Strong hands-on ClickUp experience (or Asana/Monday — and master ClickUp fast) • Highly organized and proactive — you chase people (nicely) so the CEO doesn't have to • Experience coordinating remote teams across time zones • Excellent written English — most communication is async Fully remote, flexible hours, direct line to the CEO.
