Odoo Developer Needed

Freelance Odoo HR & Payroll Developer We are looking for an experienced Odoo Enterprise HR & Payroll freelancer for a GCC implementation covering UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait. Scope: * Odoo Enterprise HR configuration * Employee management and contracts * Departments, positions and organizational structure * Leave and attendance management * Shift and overtime configuration * Employee and Manager Self-Service * Payroll and salary structures * Allowances and deductions * Loans and salary advances * Expense management * Document expiry notifications * HR and payroll reports * Approval workflows and user access * Biometric integration with devices such as ZKTeco, eSSL, Suprema, Hikvision or Matrix Required Skills: * Strong Odoo Enterprise experience * Odoo HR and Payroll * Python, XML and Odoo ORM * API and integration experience * Previous biometric integration experience * GCC HR/payroll experience preferred Please include: * Years of Odoo experience * Similar HR and Payroll projects completed * Biometric devices integrated * GCC project experience * Availability * Estimated timeline * Fixed project price or hourly rate Only freelancers with proven Odoo HR, Payroll and biometric integration experience should apply.
