Odoo Expert Needed for Construction Company: Quoting, Scheduling & Commissions

We are a small construction company (1-5 employees) looking to fully leverage Odoo to streamline our daily operations and scale our business efficiently. Current Setup We currently have the basics for inventory and sales set up and working, but we need an experienced Odoo developer/consultant to help us expand our use of the platform. Project Scope & Key Features Needed We are looking for expert help implementing and optimizing the following features: Faster/Efficient Quoting: Streamlining our estimating and proposal process to save time and win more bids. Commission Tracking: Automating commission calculations for our team. Job Scheduling: Setting up robust project management and field service scheduling for our construction jobs. What We Need From You In your proposal, please provide: 1) A ballpark estimate or information on your pricing structure (hourly vs. fixed) and approximate number of hours to implement 2) Any previous experience you have setting up Odoo for construction, contracting, or field service companies.
