Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to support our client delivery projects on a part-time, long-term contract basis. You will work directly with clients, understand their business processes, translate requirements into Odoo solutions, and support implementation from analysis through go-live and further improvements. What you'll be doing: Lead client interviews, workshops, demos, and user training Analyze and document business processes and requirements Design functional solutions in Odoo Configure Odoo and support implementation activities Work closely with project managers and developers Support testing, go-live, and post-go-live improvements Advise clients on best practices rather than simply implementing requested changes Take ownership of assigned functional areas and communicate directly with stakeholders What we're looking for: Strong hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant / Implementation Consultant / Business Analyst Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Odoo implementation projects, preferably on the partner/integrator side Strong customer-facing experience: workshops, requirements gathering, demos, training Good knowledge of several Odoo areas ( Sales, Purchase, Inventory / Warehouse, Manufacturing, Accounting / Finance) Polish and English at least on conversational level (B2 and higher) Ability to work independently and make functional recommendations Availability for part-time cooperation Strong advantages Odoo Accounting / finance expertise Odoo Functional Certification Experience with Odoo migrations Odoo Studio Experience taking over or rescuing existing implementations Experience working for an official Odoo partner Cooperation format: Part-time Remote Long-term cooperation Contracting / freelance Workload may vary depending on project needs We are a Gold Odoo Partner working on implementation projects for international clients.
