Odoo Implementation and customization

Odoo Manufacturing & Inventory Consultant (MRP / Multi-Company Implementation) Our workflow includes: Purchasing jumbo rolls and log rolls from manufacturers Converting materials into custom slit rolls, die-cut products, and printed adhesive products Managing inventory across multiple warehouses and Amazon FBA locations Intercompany inventory transfers between Canada and USA entities We currently use Zoho CRM and QuickBooks and are moving to Odoo ERP. Project Goal We are implementing Odoo to replace our current Zoho CRM + QuickBooks workflow and establish a centralized system for: Manufacturing and converting operations Inventory management across multiple locations Multi-company operations (Canada and USA) Amazon FBA inventory tracking Improved visibility into material consumption, production output, and wastage We have already completed initial discovery/demo sessions with Odoo and are currently evaluating implementation options. What We Need Help With We are looking for an experienced Odoo consultant to assist with ERP setup, workflow design, and implementation planning for our manufacturing and inventory operations. We are primarily seeking a Functional or Techno-Functional Odoo Consultant. Business process and ERP implementation experience are more important to us than custom development skills. This is not just a coding/developer role. We are specifically looking for someone who understands manufacturing operations, inventory management, ERP processes, and best practices.
