Office Renovation Designer for 2D Plans & 3D Visualization

We’re looking for an experienced Architectural Designer / 3D Visualizer to help us redesign an existing small commercial office space. The building is already constructed, and we need to improve both its appearance and functionality. The project will focus on the office entrance, reception area, front facade, parking area, and outdoor waiting space. Scope of Work Redesign the existing office entrance and front facade Improve the reception and waiting area layout Develop a more functional parking and entrance arrangement Design the outdoor waiting / sitting area Prepare updated 2D architectural layouts and elevations Develop exterior materials, finishes, lighting, and architectural details Create a detailed 3D model Produce realistic 3D exterior and interior renders Provide different design options where required Make revisions based on feedback Deliverables 2D plans and elevations Proposed design layouts Exterior facade design Detailed 3D model Interior & exterior realistic renders Final presentation views Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who can work creatively with an existing building and transform it into a modern, professional commercial space while keeping the design practical and achievable.
