Summary

PROJECT: Short-form employee interview content for social media DATE: Wednesday, August 5th (one day) LOCATION: citizenM Miami World Center, Downtown Miami — hotel meeting room COMPANY: Datumate WHAT WE'RE DOING We're bringing our commercial team together for an onsite and want to use the day to capture a batch of short-form video while everyone is in one room. The format is talking-head interviews — vignette style, conversational, not scripted corporate. Think content that works natively on LinkedIn and Instagram rather than a polished brand film. SCOPE - Approx. 10employees on camera - Target of roughly 35 finished clips, 30-90 seconds each - Vertical 9:16 (this is important — shot vertical, not cropped from horizontal) - One location, one lighting/audio setup, talent rotating through CONTENT SERIES WE'RE CAPTURING Market and category: - What We're Hearing in the Market - Why We Win - Sales Myth Busting Product and value: - The Problem We Solve in 60 Seconds - Before Datumate / After Datumate - Ask Datumate Customer stories: - Customer Pain Vignettes - My Favorite Customer Moment Team: - Meet the Datumate Commercial Team WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - Shooter and camera package - Proper audio — lavs or boom. The room will likely have HVAC noise and we can't salvage bad sound in post. - Lighting kit - Edit: cuts, burned-in captions, simple lower thirds and light branding to our template - Raw footage delivered to us as well WHAT WE'D LIKE IN YOUR RESPONSE 1. Availability on August 5th 2. Quote broken out: shoot day vs. post-production, and per-clip cost if you price that way 3. Post turnaround time, and rush pricing if applicable 4. Whether you can provide a certificate of insurance naming the hotel 5. Two or three examples of vertical/social work — not brand films We're budget-conscious and optimizing for volume and efficiency over cinematic polish. A lean one-person or two-person setup is fine and probably preferable. Happy to talk through it on a call.
