One-Time Marketing Automation Setup for Dog Grooming Salon, Funnel, CRM, and AI Content Tools

I own Washing Spot, a dog grooming salon in Los Angeles. I’m looking for an experienced marketing automation specialist to build out my systems in a single project, not an ongoing retainer. I want full ownership and training so I can manage everything myself once it’s set up. I already have an active Google Business profile and Yelp presence with a four point four star rating across over 180 reviews, an Instagram account, and a punch card loyalty program for self-wash customers. I’m looking for someone to build on top of this existing foundation rather than start from scratch, integrating these into the new system where possible. First, a marketing funnel, meaning landing pages and email or text sequences to turn people who see my flyers or social posts into booked appointments. Second, a CRM setup, using something like HubSpot or Go High Level, configured to track customers, send appointment reminders, and manage loyalty punch card follow ups. Third, AI content tools, setting me up with a system to generate social posts for grooming tips, before and after photos, and promotions without starting from scratch each time. Deliverable: A fully functional system, plus a walkthrough or training session so I can operate everything independently going forward.
