Ongoing Airbnb Photo Editor - ChatGPT Enhancement + Furniture Replacement

I manage multiple Airbnb listings and am looking for someone to help update, enhance, organize, and save our listing photos. This will start as a fairly large project, and I am hoping to find someone reliable that I can continue working with as we add properties and update furniture. The initial project involves 20+ listings and approximately 600+ photos, plus several properties where furniture needs to be replaced or added to our existing professional photos. There are two main parts to the work: 1. Furniture Replacement / Updating Existing Airbnb Photos I currently have 4+ listings where we have changed or added furniture, but our existing professional listing photos still show the previous setup. I will provide: The original professional listing photos Current reference photos showing the actual new furniture Multiple reference angles when needed Instructions showing exactly what has changed I need you to use ChatGPT, Photoshop, or other AI/photo editing tools to update the original professional photos so they accurately show the actual new furniture and current room layout. For example, one of our units recently had the bed configuration changed. We now have two new bunk beds running along the wall with the TV. I have several current photos showing the exact beds, layout, and placement. I need the original professional listing photos updated to accurately show this new setup. Consistency is extremely important. If the same room appears in multiple photos from different angles, the furniture needs to remain consistent across all of them: Same furniture design Same dimensions and proportions Same colors and materials Same location in the room Same orientation Correct perspective for each camera angle Realistic lighting and shadows I do not want the rooms randomly redesigned or virtually staged with furniture that does not exist. The goal is for the finished image to look like the original professional photographer came back after we changed the furniture and photographed the room again. Everything that has not actually changed should remain as close to the original photograph as possible. 2. ChatGPT Enhancement of Existing Airbnb Photos I also have approximately 20 Airbnb listings where the furniture does not need to be changed. For these properties, the process is much simpler. Each listing has approximately 30 photos, so this portion will involve roughly 600+ photos. I have already tested ChatGPT image editing extensively and like the results I get from a very simple prompt. For each photo, I want you to upload the existing image into ChatGPT and use my exact prompt: "Touch up this photo and optimize it for Airbnb." I am happy with the type of enhancement ChatGPT produces using this prompt. I am not looking for someone to manually Photoshop all 600+ photos or create their own editing style. For this portion, I mainly need someone who can follow this workflow carefully and consistently at scale. Workflow For each listing: Pull/download approximately 30 existing photos from the Airbnb listing. Save and organize the original photos by property. Upload each image into ChatGPT. Use the exact prompt: "Touch up this photo and optimize it for Airbnb." Review the result to make sure it still accurately represents the property. Redo an image if ChatGPT makes an unwanted change or the result does not match the rest of the listing. Save the final enhanced image at high quality. Keep the photos in the same order as the current Airbnb listing. Upload and organize everything into the appropriate Google Drive folder. Consistency Across Each Airbnb Listing This is very important. I do not want someone to simply process 30 photos through ChatGPT and deliver them without reviewing the complete set. Once all of the photos for a listing have been processed, you will need to review the entire finished listing together to make sure the images look cohesive. Photos from the same property should have: Similar brightness and exposure Consistent white balance and colors Similar sharpness and clarity Similar level of enhancement Natural-looking lighting Consistent overall appearance No obvious AI artifacts No accidental changes to furniture or property features I do not want one photo to be extremely bright or saturated while the next photo has completely different lighting or colors. If certain ChatGPT results look noticeably different from the rest of the property, those images should be redone. The goal is for someone scrolling through the Airbnb listing to see one cohesive and professionally presented set of photos. Accuracy Even though we are using AI, these photos need to accurately represent the actual vacation rental. ChatGPT should not accidentally: Add furniture or amenities that do not exist Remove important furniture Change room dimensions Change the architecture Change doors or windows Significantly alter the exterior view Create unrealistic spaces Make other major changes to the property Enhancing the presentation is fine. Changing what the guest is actually booking is not. Google Drive Organization All completed work needs to be organized in Google Drive. Each property should have its own clearly labeled folder with: Original Photos ChatGPT Enhanced Photos Furniture Updates - if applicable The final photos should remain in the same order as the current Airbnb listing so they are easy for us to identify and upload afterward. Paid Test Before Starting Before awarding the larger project, I would like to start with a small paid test. For the furniture editing test, I will provide: 3 original professional Airbnb photos of the same property Several current reference photos showing the new furniture Instructions explaining exactly what furniture has changed and where it is located You will need to update all 3 professional photos to accurately show the new furniture. The purpose of using 3 photos is specifically to test your ability to maintain the same furniture and room layout across different camera angles. I will be looking at: Accuracy compared with the reference photos Furniture consistency between all 3 edited photos Furniture dimensions and proportions Placement and orientation Perspective Lighting and shadows Preservation of the original room Overall realism Whether the finished photos look AI-generated Please do not redesign the room.
