Ongoing 3D Event Rendering Designer for Tents, Ballrooms and Custom Event Environments

Skylark Productions is a full-service event production company in Utah. We are looking for a dependable freelance 3D event designer to create realistic, client-facing renderings for several upcoming events and potentially work with us on an ongoing basis. Our events may include: Luxury tented events Weddings and corporate galas Stages and dance floors Custom scenic walls and entrances Bars and DJ booths Draping, lighting and LED video walls Custom fabricated décor and immersive environments We will generally provide: An AI-generated concept or inspiration image Tent or venue dimensions Floor plans when available Photographs of the venue Photos and dimensions of our existing inventory Written notes describing the desired layout and appearance The designer will use this information to build the complete event environment and provide polished, photorealistic renderings that we can present to our clients. Typical deliverables: Two to four high-resolution rendered views One overhead view when needed One or two revision rounds Occasional walkthrough videos Fast turnaround, generally within a few business days This position is focused on visualization rather than engineering or fabrication drawings. However, the renderings should accurately reflect the dimensions and layout information we provide. We are looking for someone who: Has experience rendering complete event environments Can work from AI-generated reference images Understands tents, ballrooms, stages, lighting, drape and event décor Produces realistic lighting and materials Communicates clearly and meets deadlines Is interested in learning our inventory and visual standards Can retain and reuse venue and inventory models for future projects SketchUp with D5 Render, 3ds Max, Blender, Vectorworks or similar software is acceptable. The final result and reliability are more important than the specific software used.
