Ongoing Video Editing for Zoom Interviews and Social Media Clips

I’m looking for a reliable video editor to help with one or two recorded Zoom interviews per month. Each interview is typically between 30 and 60 minutes. For each interview, the project will include: Full-Length Interview * Lightly edit the full-length video for a smooth start and overall viewing experience. * Remove gaps in the conversation or background noise when necessary. * Add our existing intro and outro cards, which are already available in Canva. * Create a brief, SEO-friendly description. * Upload the completed video to our unlisted YouTube playlist for our full-length, members-only podcast. Short Social Media Clips * Identify three to five interesting segments from each conversation that would work well as short social media clips. * Each clip should be approximately 30 seconds to two minutes long. * Include the self-care question at the end of the interview as a clip for our self-care series. * Format the clips using our existing Canva intro and outro card templates, including adding the guest’s name where needed. * Upload the short clips to YouTube and schedule them for publishing. While editing the full interview, I would ideally like the editor to identify the strongest sections that would work well as short clips. I estimate that editing the full episode and creating the social clips will take approximately one to two hours per interview, or around two to four hours per month. I would like to keep the project within a maximum of four to five hours per month.
