Ongoing Video Editor Needed for Photorealistic Skin in AI Beauty Videos

We are a luxury beauty company seeking a highly skilled video editor and compositor for ongoing work across multiple AI-generated beauty videos. Our footage is visually strong, but the models’ skin can sometimes appear too smooth, waxy, synthetic, or visibly AI-generated. We need someone who can refine the footage so the skin looks convincingly human while preserving each model’s identity, facial features, skin tone, lighting, and the original luxury aesthetic. This is not standard beauty smoothing. We do not want filtered, airbrushed, or poreless skin. We want natural pores, fine texture, realistic tonal variation, facial dimension, believable highlights, and stable detail throughout movement. You will be responsible for: • Improving skin realism in existing AI-generated videos • Adding or restoring natural-looking pores and skin texture • Reducing waxy, plastic, blurred, or synthetic-looking skin • Correcting unnatural highlights, shadows, and facial artifacts • Fixing flickering, texture crawling, warping, and unstable facial details • Maintaining consistent skin texture throughout movement • Preserving each model’s identity, facial structure, expression, and skin tone • Preserving the original composition, lighting, pacing, and visual direction • Using professional tracking, masking, rotoscoping, compositing, color grading, grain, and texture techniques as needed Applicants should have experience with: • DaVinci Resolve Studio and/or Adobe After Effects • Professional beauty or facial video retouching • Face tracking, masking, rotoscoping, and compositing • Photorealistic skin correction • Refining AI-generated footage • Luxury beauty, skincare, fragrance, fashion, or editorial content Experience with Mocha, Beauty Box Video, Resolve Face Refinement, Flame, or comparable professional tools is preferred. We will begin with a paid 3–5 second test clip from one video. The test must demonstrate: • Stable, realistic skin during movement • Natural pores and facial texture • No excessive smoothing • No flickering or crawling texture • No changes to the model’s identity or skin tone • A clear reduction in the AI-generated appearance If the test meets our standard, the selected editor will receive multiple current videos and may become our ongoing video-retouching partner.
