Online Course Developer – Long-Term Position

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our growing course-development team. Our company develops legally required and compliance-focused online courses for businesses and professionals across a variety of industries in the United States. We operate our own online course platform and are building a team that can eventually manage the complete course-creation process from beginning to end. You do not need to be familiar with our platform before applying. We will provide direct training, onboarding, documented procedures, and ongoing guidance to teach you our development process. Responsibilities Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include: Researching applicable laws, regulations, standards, and official guidance Organizing complex information into a clear course outline Writing accurate, thorough, and easy-to-understand instructional content Creating quizzes, knowledge checks, final examinations, and answer explanations Building and formatting courses within our online learning platform Reviewing course materials for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and completeness Verifying that all project requirements have been addressed Making revisions based on internal quality-control reviews Helping improve and document our course-development processes The goal is for the right person to gradually become capable of managing course projects from initial research through final quality review and publication. Our courses address regulatory and legally required subject matter, so information must be carefully researched, properly supported, and reviewed thoroughly. This is not a position for someone who rushes through assignments or submits work without carefully checking it. Training and Growth You will work directly with our team during the onboarding process. We will teach you: Our complete course-development workflow How to use our online course platform How to conduct and document regulatory research How we structure course modules, lessons, assessments, and supporting materials Our formatting and quality-control requirements How to perform a final audit before a course is published We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and become an integral part of our team. As you demonstrate reliability and accuracy, you may be given responsibility for larger projects, quality-control reviews, process management, and the training of future team members.
