About Limitless Coaching We’re an online coaching company for driven individuals (30–40) who want to feel strong, confident, and limitless again. We specialize in fat loss, toning, and PCOS management with incredible 1:1 support. To keep standards high, we’re adding one exceptional online coach to our team. The Role As an Online Coach, you’ll own the results of your clients. That means: Managing a roster of ~40–60 online clients (you will work your way up to this by taking on 2-4 new clients per week) Running 1:1 onboarding calls and check-ins (video & Loom/voice notes) Building individualized training & nutrition plans (within our frameworks) Coaching individuals through mindset, lifestyle and behavior change Tracking client data weekly and adjusting plans to keep them progressing Communicating daily with clients via WA Collaborating with our Head Coach & team to improve systems and client results This is not “post a PDF plan and disappear.” This is real coaching.
